Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hair extensions, tools, or accessories are unused and include all tags.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
